The treatments are performed with latest generation low voltage machines in compliance with current regulations:
Resistance: these are equipment specially designed for carrying out preheating and heat treatments.
Operation is completely automatic.
The effective power output is 150KVA divided over 18 independent outputs.
Induction: these are equipment specially designed to carry out preheating and stress relieving heat treatments with the induction method.
The heating occurs by inducing a powerful magnetic field in the piece that generates a heating current of the treated material in accordance with Joule's law.
The magnetic field crosses the entire thickness of the piece being treated.
The use of the induction method is particularly suitable and required for large thicknesses, guaranteeing temperature uniformity between the two surfaces of the piece being treated.
The treatment can now also be performed on an integrated oven with normalization at 900 ° C, capacity 20 tons.
